Returns and warranty

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it without giving any reason. The product must be unused, unsharpened and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

1. Write to info@cuchillos.eu quoting your order number.
2. We will send you the instructions and the return address.
3. Send the parcel well protected; knives must be packed safely.
4. Once received and checked, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method.

Return costs

Return costs for withdrawal are borne by the customer. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we cover them.

Excluded products

Personalised, engraved or custom-sharpened items.

Legal warranty

3-year conformity warranty (Spanish RDL 7/2021). Normal wear of the cutting edge and damage caused by misuse, improper sharpening or use in a dishwasher when not recommended are not covered.
